Pack Leader USA Parts may be returned within 15 business days from date of purchase. Each return requires an RMA number that will be provided by our Parts Department. Item must be unused and in original condition. All electronics are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. The customer is allowed a maximum of 15 business days to return the parts after the RMA number is issued. If parts are not returned within the 15 business day timeframe, the return will be voided. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs. Once item is received, it is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
